SquidGoneGreen.com was founded to help make everyone more aware what being and going GREEN really means.  We have written and are continuously writing articles to guide you along on your journey to help our great green earth stay beautiful for our great grandchildren and beyond.

Being green can mean different things to different people, but what really matters is making people conscious that they can make a difference.  If everybody changes just one thing in their daily routine, like recycling a bottle that they usually may not, our mission has been achieved.  One person at a time, one lightbulb at a time, one old car at a time, and one plastic bottle at a time, together we will make this planet a better place to live.

We are now a DoFollow site.   If you don’t know what that means, I will give you a short description.  Traditionally websites that allow people to post comments and feedback are NoFollow.  Meaning when a url ( a link to another website or page) is left in a comment it is desirable to the posters so his or her website gets more exposure.  I believe in allowing quality commenters to get the link back love.

We are serious about quality comments though.  Every comment is manually approved.  Anything even slightly spammy is deleted.  When I say spam, i mean a one liner “thanks for the information” or anything with a link in the body of the comment is automatically deleted.  The comment needs to be relevant to the article and the only url present should be the one attached to the comment author.  If you can’t take the time to read the post, don’t waste your time with a comment, because it most likely won’t be approved.
